Versions of cylindrical roller bearings

NU series
Two solid ribs on outer ring and one inner ring without ribs make possible an axial displacement in both directions.

NJ series
Two solid ribs on the outer ring and one solid rib on the inner ring make possible a guidance in the axial direction.

NUP series
Two solid ribs on the outer ring, a solid rib on the inner ring and a loose rib washer make possible the use as a locating bearing and an axial guidance in both directions.

N series
Two solid ribs on the inner ring and one outer ring without ribs make possible an axial displacement in both directions.
RNU Series
Are single row cylindrical roller bearings and have two fixed ribs on the outer ring and has no inner ring. Instead, it uses the shaft as the opposing raceway.

NN Series
Bearings of NN design are double row cylindrical roller bearing and have three fixed ribs on the inner ring that retain the rollers and cage and one smooth outer ring. This design allows an axial displacement in certain limits, of the shaft in relation to the housing. Therefore, N Series rolling bearings are used in non-locating bearing units. Also, the NN Series bearings have no virtually thrust capacity.

NNU Series
Are double row cylindrical roller bearings and have three fixed ribs on the outer ring and one smooth inner ring. This design allows an axial displacement in certain limits, of the shaft in relation to the housing. Therefore, NU Series rolling bearings are used in non-locating bearing units. Also, the NNU Series bearings have no virtually thrust capacity.

SL series
Full-complement cylindrical roller bearings are available as non-locating, semi-locating and locating bearings as well as in single and double-row designs.

Cylindrical roller bearings are available in a wide range of designs, series, variants and sizes. The main design differences are the number of roller rows and the inner/outer ring flanges as well as cage designs and materials.They have a relatively high radial load capacity and are suitable for high speeds. Double-row cylindrical roller bearings have high radial rigidity and are used primarily for precision machine tools.

Cylindrical roller bearings are also available in sealed or split designs. In sealed bearings, the rollers are protected from contaminants, water and dust, while providing lubricant retention and contaminant exclusion. This provides lower friction and longer service life. Split bearings are intended primarily for bearing arrangements which are difficult to access, such as crank shafts, where they simplify maintenance and replacements.

Material description

Cylindrical roller bearing made of rolling bearing steel
are economical, withstand extremely high load-ratings and are suitable for temperatures from circa -20°C up to +120°C. The rolling bearing steel is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, conductive and magnetic.
