Super precision cylindrical roller bearing made of rolling bearing steel: Withstand very high radial load-ratings and are suitable for temperatures from circa -20°C up to circa +120°C. The steel is wear-resistant, shock-resistant, conductive and magnetic.

Features of this design

Super precision cylindrical roller bearing: Main dimensions according to DIN 5412-4. The double row cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for supporting very high radial loads and have the structure of a non-locating bearing with outer ring without ribs. They have restricted tolerances for radially rigid super precision storage. The radial internal clearance can be optimally adjusted with their tapered bore (1:12). They are separable and can thus be mounted or demounted more easily.

High-precision cylindrical roller bearings — For the highest demands

Cylindrical roller bearings of this design are double-row precision bearings for machine tools. They allow radially rigid, high-precision bearing arrangements and are principally used to provide radial support for main spindles.

The bearings comprise solid outer rings without ribs, solid inner rings with three ribs and cylindrical roller and cage assemblies with solid brass cages. For optimum setting of the radial internal clearance, the inner ring has a tapered bore with bore taper 1:12. The cylindrical roller bearings are separable and are therefore easier to fit and dismantle. Both bearing rings can be given a tight fit by this process.
